The Kaiser Training Team is a nationally recognized staff offering a variety of training opportunities to our customers. We deliver statewide TANF training for the State of Wisconsin, and offer a variety of training venues throughout the United States in the areas of:

The Training Team also delivers key note presentations and individualized consulting services.
Our work is focused and relevant to the needs of our customers. Our ultimate goal is to offer best practices and strategies that can be practically applied by those participating in our training and consulting services.

- Wisconsin TANF Training (Wisconsin Works/W-2)
The Kaiser Group has a training contract with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Division of Family and Economic Security, Bureau of Working Families to develop and deliver statewide training to TANF Case Managers and related staff. The Kaiser Group Training Team is responsible for delivering a New Worker Training Program that TANF workers must complete before working on TANF related cases. The Training Team also offers Enhanced Case Management sessions for experienced TANF workers in the areas of: Policy and Procedure, Case Management, Interpersonal Skills and Business Services. Our Training Team is also available for on-site support and technical assistance.
