The Kaiser Group worked with all stakeholders in the Wichita Workforce Center to expand coordination and collaboration to better integrate all services. The process included staff surveys, training for all staff, and action workgroups to implement the identified improvement practices.
Interagency Business Plan - River Valley (Illinois) Workforce Board

The Kaiser Group conducted an “As Is Review” of system operations, refocused strategic intent to clearly identify desired outcomes, and provided technical assistance to implement the strategies through Workforce Board committees and One Stop workgroups.
Strategic Plan and Board Development, Staff Training Plan - Northern Cook County (Illinois) Workforce Board

A Kaiser team worked with Board members and Board staff to update and revitalize their strategic plan. Key action areas were assigned to Board committees with strategies, new benchmarks, and technical support. A staff training needs assessment was conducted and a staff training plan provided.
