The Kaiser Group worked with Maximus managers to implement site based customer service improvements. A systematic assessment included: focus groups, climate surveys, data analysis, secret shoppers and staff roundtables. After the assessment was complete, a detailed improvement plan with training and technical assistance was implemented.
- System Analysis and Business Services Development - Chicago Workforce Board
The Kaiser Group conducted an assessment of the existing One Stop Service System and Business Services teams. After the assessment was complete and analyzed, the Kaiser Group provided a process improvement plan and technical support for implementation.
- TANF Evaluation - State of Arkansas
As the Independent Evaluator for the state of Arkansas’s TANF program (Transitional Employment Assistance or TEA), the Kaiser Group provided detailed analysis of all performance benchmarks and recommendations for program improvement. The assessment included: site visits (interviews, observation, and surveys), data analysis, and focus groups. This three year project was a partnership with the Institute for Research on Poverty, UW Madison.
