Strategic Econometric Return Analysis (SERA)
SERA is a tool for consulting with Workforce Regions on the direction of training based on strategic decisions of Individual Training Account (ITA) investments. SERA provides a means of showing the value of training programs to the region. Wyatt Pope Named New President of Kaiser Group, Inc.

Pete Kaiser Receives the Tom Ahlers Award
We are pleased to share that Pete Kaiser, owner and president of the Kaiser Group and Dynamic Works Institute, was recognized at the 2008 NAWDP National Conference with the Tom Ahlers System Building Award. The award recognizes Peter’s successful capacity building efforts for workforce systems and recognizes the time, resources, and patience he consistently gives to customers, partners and stakeholders. The award was named after a premier and tireless system builder of 40 years from Indiana. We are appreciative that Peter’s contributions since 1978 to the field of workforce development have earned this recognition.
