ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification
The ISO 9001 certification is recognized worldwide as a measure of the integrity of a supplier’s quality processes and provides assurance to present and future customers that the company has, in place, a comprehensive quality management program. As of April 2001, and after a successful certification audit by KEMA Quality, Kaiser Group was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for the design and delivery of public and private sector project management, training and consulting services and the management for the workforce development market.

Kaiser Group is the only workforce development organization in the United States that holds an ISO 9001:2000 certification.
