DWFS has delivered innovative workforce development solutions for over 30 years. As a highly respected organization delivering a broad spectrum of functional and industry expertise, our growth has been steady with a continual bottom line of quality while meeting the diverse needs of customers.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification
Beginning some eleven years ago, DWFS took the innovative step to improve its own management practices, and consequently our services, by developing and implementing a management system that was certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard in February of 2001.
DWFS’ management system is now certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Maintaining this system and certification has improved our ability to ensure high quality service delivery and performance for our customers.
A subsidiary of our parent company, Dynamic Works Institute, provides staff development, training and certification to workforce development professionals.
The Institute offers a wide array of online training, certification, and customer outreach programs for Workforce Development staff, job seekers, and employers throughout 50 States.
